As much work as we put into our physical and superficial appearance. We should work even harder on our spiritual and mental health also. All go hand in hand. When we are mentally focused and spiritually cleansed and fulfilled. Our physical will exceed expectations that we otherwise wouldn’t be able to obtain without God guiding out spirit and our mind.
